They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Their staff is very friendly and professional.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. Dr. Terwilliger isn't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident he always had my children's best interest at heart. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.

this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised. The hospital is right around the corner. Their office is always clean. The wait time is minimal. The staff is very nice and caring. The parking is convenient close to the entrance.

They had some, but nothing my kids were interested in
