I know that I can always trust them to have my child's best interest in mind. They've always put my child's needs first. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation.

Strongly recommend! I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them.

They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
