I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. When I told them that I wanted to get a second opinion, they didn't get upset at all. Their reaction gave me even more confidence that they had my child's best interest at heart. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. The patient is always first and Dr. Horwitz always tries to make the kids at ease by joking with them! The best!
