I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They were very kind and professional, and never made me feel like I was a bad parent even if I disagreed with them on some parenting issues. They knew what a difficult task it was to be a parent, and made sure they encouraged me. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

Dr. Ferguson, is cool. He won't be the one to sit and talk to you for hours, but then he also won't be the one you wait hours to see. Nice man, very impersonal, but the older woman that worked with him compansated for that. She was always warm and friendsly. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. If you are in carnarsie, or have a car like i do then its fine. The neighborhood is good. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here when they are open. The office is never open for a full day on any day. But Dr. Ferguson will call you back if you call the message center. I am never put on hold for a long time

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

No, the pediatrician is the only provider on staff
