It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

Dr. Kandel is the BEST! She always has a smile on her face, but isn't dripping with sweetness as she also has a sense of humor. She is supportive and suggestive without being condescending, and has even called me in the evening to follow up with some paperwork so that my son could attend school the next day. I just wish she practiced family medicine, because I would love her for my general doc too!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.
