They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
