I really appreciated that they didn't pressure me to schedule my surgery right away, or on a specific day. I was able to schedule it on the day I wanted to, and had plenty of time to think it over. I felt a lot safer and more comfortable when they gave me detailed, written information about their policies for a second procedure if something were to go wrong with the first. I wasn't worried at all going into surgery. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

I didn't experience a single complication after my surgery. I had a very short recovery period too. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was glad that they were experienced in the procedure I wanted done. It made me feel much better going into surgery with a surgeon who had done the procedure hundreds of times.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They let me look through a ton of before and after photos from other patients, and offered them to me before I even asked to see them. It was obvious that they had nothing to hide, and were proud of their work. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
