I had upper and lower eye lid tucks. I had no pain beyond the surgery itself which was amazing. I also have no scar on my lid - amazing! Overall a very good experience.

I am 2 months into the healing process from my rhinoplasty. I did extensive research for several years to find a doctor who I trust and whose work I admire. When I met Dr. Pontell I knew I had found the perfect fit for my surgery. Dr. Pontell was always eager to answer any questions I had and calm my fears about surgery. I am extremely pleased with the result. My nose looks natural (I had found that few surgeons were able to produce natural looking before and after pictures), and it fits my face perfectly. I would 100 percent recommend Dr. Pontell to anyone who is looking to undergo a rhinoplasty, not only because of the beautiful result, but also because of the care he shows his patients and the pride he takes in his work.

Well trained professional staff who performed procedure. They were very focused on minimizing pain which they did and ensured I was comfortable with proper care instructions following procedure. The results so far have been as expected and I would highly recommend the procedure and Dr. Pontell.

Overall, I was very pleased with the procedure as well as Dr. Pontell and his staff. I had a hair transplant on the crown of my head and, one year later, it looks significantly fuller. The procedure was pretty straightforward and almost completely painless. The most 'painful' part was waiting for the shaved portion of my head to grow back.
