They were great, except when we got there they said they didn't have my daughter down for her appointment (whoever made the appointment didn't book it). But they got us in right away anyway. :)

They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot.
Dr. Robertson was very calm and understanding the entire time, though it was pretty fast and I didn't really get a lot of time to ask questions. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

The staff was extremely friendly and the RN was very knowledgable and compassionate but Dr. Robertson was far too arrogant in his abilities. Trash talking other hospitals in his own health system in front of patients was unprofessional and unwarranted. He stated he is the best and he has a lot of confidence in his own work, I appreciate he has confidence in himself but Dr. Mark Robertson did NOT inspire any confidence in his skill to me his patient. Interrupting and talking over patients and then not listening to patient concerns and overall dismissal of me as the patient is not a good way to start a new patient/physician relationship. I am positive he is well educated and is probably a wonderful surgeon in his speciality however his patient interaction needs improvement. I would not recommend his services to anyone and I will discourage others from seeking medical attention from him.
