I first became acquainted with Dr. Grosch while undergoing emergency treatment for an unexpected seizure requiring immediate treatment and surgeries to regain my health. I have been under his care and supervision during the continuing process of my recovery from the two surgeries performed by Dr. Grosch and another Neurosurgeon.
From my first encounter with Dr. Grosch - that I was aware of, just prior to the first of the two surgeries I have undergone to resolve the issues surrounding the continuing problems resulting from all of the health issues I am dealing with, I have found Dr. Grosch to be the most positive and considerate of the many, many other physicians and other medical professionals I have encountered.
I highly recommend Dr. Grosch to anyone who is able to schedule time for an appointment. He is a very busy Doctor and is obviously in great demand which might explain the previous criticizims I have read here.
I was VERY FORUTUNATE to have Dr. Grosch assigned to oversee and assist the other medical professionals in my ongoing recovery. I know his positive attitude and professionl, yet considerate, treatment in dealing with his patients (at least me) to be one of the main reasons I am still alive and able to give this feedback which he truly deserves.
Best of luck and good health to all of you who read this and have the opportunity to have Dr. Thomas Grosch as one of your medical providers!
I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern.
