Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I was happy with the chairs they had in their waiting area. They were so comfortable that I didn't mind waiting.

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. But when I was seen they took time with me, and were very willing to answer any questions and resolve concerns. He didn't push me into surgery, which was very appreciated.
