There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

The staff here goes out of their way to make you feel at home. They are truly genuine, friendly people. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. He is a great surgeon and I the best bedside manner of any surgeon I've seen!!
