Really impressed with Dr Damiano's thorough exam, and preliminary diagnosis. He ordered a test to be sure, and prescribed antibiotics to head things off. It worked perfectly.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Dr. Damiano even wrote a special letter for me to include with my jurry summons, explaining why I could not be a juror.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
