The staff here does their best to make you feel at home. They are always friendly and make me feel welcome. Although they presented other treatments, I still felt a little pressured to have surgery. They recommended it pretty quickly. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Their staff is very friendly and professional. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. What a horrible experience... complete dissatisfaction with this entire office. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit (I did have surgery, but pain is expected, no unnecessary pain during the office visits though), and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more.
