Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I thought that the chairs they had in the waiting area were so-so. I didn't mind waiting but they weren't super luxurious.
