They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

First time visit and I got lost. They overbook apparently as they were unforgiving about being late and refused to see me. It is rare if ever that I am late for anything. Being lost I was very stressed trying to find them. I tried to call for directions but they do not answer their phone between 1 -2 pm and the answering machine message says they are closed at that time. I thought my 1:45 appt must be a mistake. I arrive shortly after 2pm. I have certainly waited for doctors when they are late. This is not the Dr for me if there isn't any flexibility or understanding. I am contacting another Dr.

They were friendly. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
