Dr. Montano was very clear with the information he gave me about my condition, treatment, and long-term outlook. He is very nice, patient, and understanding. He is not the first Neurologist I've been to, but is one of the best.

His staff, or his receptionist I should say, does not impress me. I had to defend being a patient of doctor's with her! Had I been there once, I would understand. Not the case.

They do have a neat place in that there are 5 or 6 Neurologists in an office who neurologize in different areas. The neat thing on this also is that they all take blue cross/blue shield.

When you ask for your own imaging CDs, they'll charge you $10/ea. That stinks!

The place is clean, VERY bright (think about migraine sufferers, people, DUH!) and pleasantly temperate. There are munchies, a Tv screen to watch while waiting, tons of up-to-date Mag's, and a water cooler in the waiting room. Very nice.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

This is the first doctor that has been able to really help me with my migraines from which I have suffered from since childhood. I am now 42. I would highly recommend him. His staff is also very pleasant and caring. I love them!
