Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

They really put in the extra effort to make me feel like a valued and important patient here. I have never seen a more welcoming and friendly office or doctor. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.

I suffer from migraines. Not your typical ones. The kind that make you go blind or cause your face to twitch. Dr. Couch placed me on Topomax. When it caused me to become anxious, he said "this medication doesn't cause anxiety", butluckily I read a little bit about it and knew that it did. Then Dr. Couch placed me on Zonigram. I was reluctant to take it, but I read the side effects to watch out for. So when I started having problems urinating an felt like I was swelling. I called Dr. Couch and he told me "it's not the medicine, you probably have a urinary tract infection", so I went thru my uti regime or lots of water and cranberry juice. But, this time it didn't work. I developed more swelling, and still can't urinate well. I thought maybe I have stones. I did some more research and found out that Zonigram can cause decreased kidney filtering requiring dialysis within the first four weeks of treatment. I found out that it can cause heart failure. I feel like I was blew off by Dr. Couch's office.
