It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit.

Dr. Patel took the time to listen to me, explained things fully, was very caring and offered different treatment options. He was conscience of treatment cost, and treated me with respect. His medical assistant was able to make me feel comfortable during her questions. Five Stars

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

So very impressed by this Dr. while my Mom was in the hospital. Kind, informative and willing to take time and answere questions When we called for the follow up appointment, the receptionist was awaiting our call! Thank goodness we still have a few caring, compassionate Drs. Thanks Drl Patel.
