I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all.

I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
