They made sure every single question I had was answered. Dr. Herr wrote everything down and drew pictures to explain what was going on and listed medications he was prescribing and what they were for. I understood what happened and what to expect with treatment.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
