I wasn't worried about their care or equipment at this neurologists office. It was safe and well taken care of and I could tell their standard of care is very high. They were very kind and attentive to my needs. They assisted in all my insurance needs with respect to aligning refferals for appointment to see other doctors in connection to my treatment plan regardless of the number of phone calls it took. The office clerk went out of her way to make me feel special and respected to my situation. Well organized office.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
