The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable.

When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from.

They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page.

The provider is a basic medication prescriber - nothing more. I'm not sure if they have developed a certain attitude over the years because patients have tried to abuse the system, but the doctor and his "only" receptionist/medical assistant do very little to make you feel welcome. I've never had my bp or vitals checked, and there is never any real treatment plan other than another month of meds.

Don't get me wrong - medication has helped tremendously. But they are only one part of the arsenal, or so I thought.
