As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Dr. Gunawardane really take her time with her patients and listens. She is very thorough with her patient assessment. She really helped me.

Dr. Gunawardane takes time for each patient, so expect her to run behind schedule. She clarified my condition in simple terms so that I could wrap my untrained mind around it. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. The staff go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. She, personally, has gone above and beyond to help me schedule pain management care with trusted associates.
I recommend her highly.
