I was horrified at how badly they (the doctor and office manager) treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, sometimes up to an hour. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day.

I love how attentive they are here. Their full attention is always on patient care and it makes me feel special. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their patient than here. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. He is very caring and accepts any patient who needs his care. He could have been in any big cities but decided to do community service to this small town where no other Nephrologist would come and settle.
