They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

Dr Balsera is wonderful. She is personal and very knowlegable in her specialty. She takes time to explain her plan of care. I would highly reccomend her to any one who appreciates the one on one attention and care.
