They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though I think he is the best around. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and usually why I am there, even if it's been months since my last appointment. I have had joint problems all my life, this is the first doctor that did not want to just clasify it as fibromalygia, or send me to PT, which I can not do, because my joints don't stay in place. He is the only one I have ever gone to that asked me about my history of joint problems from childhood on. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
