They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

My Dr is not Dr. Lee himself it is his Nurse and staff at the Chino office off of Jefferson. The wait here is not long at all but my appointment are always rushed. I have been seen with Dr. Lee's staff and only been exam vaganially one time and this exam was litterley for 5 seconds. I did not feel her touch. If I know this is her was of a virginal exam I would have told her never mind it’s not worth my time. I am now 5 months into my pregnancy and still have only had one virginal exam and now left confused. The staff as well as the nurse are very sweet and nice but professionalism and quality of work that is performed does not take place at any visit of mine. On one appointment I have see a nurse with two of her children placed in one of the waiting rooms while there were more than 5 patients waiting to be seen. On two occasions I have been asked to provide urine, but as I use the restroom there was no toilet paper in the building, no soap, and no paper towels. When I confronted a staff member she had already been informed of this issue, but still sends me to the restroom to use the facility. I was then handed a tissue box and sent to the restroom to provide the urine. I have never been referred to a boss nor the Dr. Lee; I have been rushed into an appointment and rushed right out with none of my questions answered properly. An example: I was complaining of a burning sensation and expected to be examined. I was offered to provide urine as I did and was prescribed medication for a bladder infection. My next visit I was not asked about my bladder infection nor was I asked about my burning sencencation. The main question I have is how long do I have to wait to be provided with professional medical services? When am I going to be seen and examined properly? How important is my pregnancy and my unborn child to this facility and staff? How important am I to Dr. Lee? I do not respect the way this office is being conducted nor do I appreactaite the care I am being provided. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and do answer all my questions. I just have been disappointed at every visit and wasn’t impressed. I really hope on my next visit I will notice a difference. If there is not a difference I have no choice but to choose a different medical office and staff.
