This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. The office was easy enough to find. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Dr Mamtor is great my daughter is an Adult with Disabilities and she is just amazing with my daughter. Explains everything and is so on top of getting services provided for sure to give the best care to her Pt.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous.
