I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

Dr. Chiang was my OB through my first pregnancy. He and his staff were always very professional, the wait times were never more than 30mins, he has Saturday hours for us working moms and he always patiently and informatively answered all of my millions of questions as a first time mom. I also found out that two moms in my neighborhood had him as their OB for all 6 of their children! I couldn't have picked a better Dr. to help bring my little girl in to the world.
