I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. I couldn't believe how rude and inconsiderate they were. I showed up before their scheduled closing time and they said they were closing. They knew I needed help but they still decided to close early. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice.

I waited probably the average time to receive my test results. I wouldn't say they were prompt in notifying me. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
