Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.

They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Yes everything was neat and sterile
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else?
Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
