Dr. Lu is one of the best obgyn's in all of LA. He is kind compassionate and generous. He takes a Holistic approach and not only helps you with your OBGYN needs but helps guide you to good nutrition and well being!! HE IS AMAZING! The staff is wonderful as they have resent many codes to the stupid labs who always want to bill me extra!!!
I love Dr. Lu!!!

I've been going to Dr. Lu since I was 18. I had a rough pregnancy but he delivered my daughter safely. 14 years later, she's a healthy young lady. He's a great doctor and I always see him for everything. I feel well taken care of and he always takes the time to ask how I am. I would recommend him.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
