They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.

I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. They mentioned a couple of side effects that may result from my medication, but the benefits were really emphasized. I could have used a little bit more info about the risks and benefits of my treatment. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. The nurses really care and gave me good info, but after 2 appts I haven't seen the doctor. I am going for my next appt, depends if i see the doctor if i will continue going there
