They had some music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. However, you can tell it comes from the computer because you can hear the clicks when they enter stuff in the computer. Makes me laugh every time, since they don't realize it. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. The entire staff is kind and helpful as well. I always know I'm in good hands. I have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they listen to your questions and concerns, and answer and respond honestly, even if it isn't always the answer you want or expect. If there is something wrong, Dr. Leverett and her staff respond quickly and efficiently. For example, I had just left a prenatal appointment with her and had forgotten to ask about flu shots while pregnant (as it was flu season), and they quickly replied that they encouraged it and even offer the flu shots to their pregnant patients. She said that if I had time right then, I could come back and would be administered the shot. I had to wait a few minutes for the nurse to be available again, but they got me in quickly and I walked out 10 mins later with a flu shot, rather than having to have made a whole new appointment to go. It may just be me, but I love that they know who I am when i call for appointments or questions. Makes me feel like they care about each one of their patients. Dr Leverett and her staff are great!

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing
