They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional. If you're looking for a new OBGYN I recommend you go here. I wouldn't go anywhere else. The wait was absolutely ridiculous though they apologized for my inconvenience.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

I liked her so much I sent my 20 year old daughter to her also. She is very laid back and caring and extrememly knowledgeable.
