No, not at all
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, I didn't have to wait very long
Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns?
Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

Yes, it was convenient

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
Was this provider's office clean?
Yes everything was neat and sterile

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.
