They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well.

The office was easy enough to find. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I will absolutely return. In addtion, they address all my needs over the phone, with either questions, or simple refills.
