Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. I live almost a hour away from the this doctor, and will not switch doctors for convienance. I never feel uncomfortable and can discuss any issues with Dr. Silas. Have been a patient for seven years.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly the receptionists treated me. The past two times I visited both their Fairfax and Fair Oaks locations and the receptionists don't even acknowledge that I am there. Both times, the glass partition was pulled closed and the receptionists were talking with each other and completely ignoring the patients. Speaking with the receptionists on the phone is unpleasant as well. When I asked why they keep calling my home number only with test results right before they close their offices for the day the receptionist snapped back, "Well, the doctor did try to call you." I do not consider myself a person who is hard to get along with or hard to please. However, the receptionists at both the Fairfax and Fair Oaks offices are not professional and have no sensitivity towards the patients they serve. The only reason why I deal with them at all is because Dr. Glen Silas is worth it. He is a fantastic doctor with a wonderful bedside manner. I also like Dr. Maddox at this practice if Dr. Silas is not available.

Yes, they were fairly prompt

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
