Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

They were average

The staff/nurse is outrageously uncoordinated with Behram. I tried to make an appointment but I was turned down because the nurse said I had to get an ultrasound...this just did not make any sense because I gave them a copy of an ultrasound performed 3 weeks at a hospital prior this in his office. The nurse did not want to hear anymore of what I had to say. I did not want to argue back because I was terribly ill at the time nor did I have the strength. Now, I am under the care of an OBGYN at Hopkins with successful results. Please read my review seriously. Outrageous billings !!!!

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

The front desk/reception employees have the worst possible service. They are rude and I had never had a good experience dealing with the people at the front.

When you call to set up an appointment, they put you on hold forever and always have a bad attitude. Recently, I called asking for a refill for a BCP and the next available appointment was in 3 weeks. I was going to be out of BCP by 2 weeks so I ask for a 1 month supply in the mean time. I was told you can't and too bad since it was my fault for not making the appointment earlier. I’ve been taking these pills for over 3 years.

I was never told that I needed to make a new appointment to get a refill in the first place. They later sorted it out and give me a one month supply before my appoitment. However if I had not said anything I was going to be out for a least a week. Most doctors would give you at least a one month sample if you run out before your next appointment. Needless to say, I won’t be going back to this office ever or pick another doctor that use this office with the kind of staff up front.
