I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.

The waiting area here is rather cramped. People often have to stand as there is not enough chairs. I will never return. I need an OBGYN that I feel comfortable with and right off the bat I knew they were not the one for me. Rude, unfriendly, and unwelcoming. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day.
