I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.
