Dr. Orlando Santandreu is a very experienced Doctor. he make you feel comfortable and secure. he answer all your questions and concerns. he is the best. however, his staff are not that friendly or responsible. they tell you that they will call you back and they do it a few weeks later. you call the office and the phone ring a hundred of times before they pick it up, when they pick it up they are not that helpful. if it was not because i have seemed Dr. Orlando before and i know that he is the best Gyn Dr. i have ever known i would not go there anymore. he staffs make him look bad.

They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
