I was becoming increasingly worried that I would not have an ob that I felt comfortable with, liked, and didn't feel treated like cattle being herded through their office.

I went through two other OB's with very bad experiences. I wondered if I was expecting too much and second guessed myself for a while. This whole while, being abused and treated poorly by front desk staff, rushed through appointments by my doctor, listening to my doctor make very callous statements... etc. Needless to say it was frustrating.

My first call to Dr Kanos office was met by a very warm and good natured nurse,we sorted out the best date and time to go in since Dr Kanos was going to be on jury duty the following week. I was not disappointed. The front desk staff, although busy, was very polite, and had a very positive energy. Dr Kanos had a nice calm energy to him, answered all my questions and gave me all the information I needed. All my follow ups have been good and although the prospect of giving birth seems a bit daunting, I feel confident and calm that I have a good doctor on my side.
