The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting, but it would have been nice if they were a little more comfortable.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I always tell my friends looking for a new OBGYN to go here. Its one of the best doctors offices I've ever been to.
