They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were thoroughly answered. The paper on this OBGYN's exam table was clearly fresh and brand new. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Whether I had a billing question an appointment question or a procedure prep question, the staff answered everything completely. They were clearly well trained and were very willing to take the time to help me. The temperature in the OBGYN's exam room was pleasant enough that I was comfortable with just the cover up they gave me for the exam.

Beyond all of the above…the number one reason to see Dr. Mackoul and his team is their unending care and concern for the patient's well being. I cannot overstate the compassion and genuine warmth given to me during a scary out of control (any surgery is out of your control) experience.

I was extremely impressed by Dr. MacKoul’s professionalism, patience and expertise. He was very thorough in explaining the procedure and risks involved. His staff are exceptional as well.

I was thrilled with the ease of getting an appointment and to have office hours on Saturday is a definite plus. Dr. MacKoul was prompt, courteous and sensitive as well as professional. I did not feel like a number on their charts but rather as a patient. Something that does not always happen in a doctor office. Thank you!

Excellent from the beginning to the end. The staff worked with my needs professionally. Everything was precise and on point from day one to end. Everything went smoothly from the time I made my appointment until I finalized my last appointment.

Someone was with me the whole time. All questions were answered. I was told what was going to happen each step of the way. Everyone cared about the patient (me).
The facility – I absolutely loved it! It was quiet, it was clean & safe.

Dr. Mackoul was able to perform a complete hysterectomy with no complications from the severe endometriosis. Dr. MacKoul explained the procedure & took plenty of time to answer questions. Was called & checked on twice by nurses, very caring. I was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes and the risks of procedures. I felt much better after a few days. I wish I had done this sooner. Dr. Mackoul and his staff are the best.

Starting with initial consult to surgery & post-op follow-up, my experience has been positive. Everyone from Dr. Mackoul to staff has been courteous, positive and helpful.

There's no question I would recommend this OBGYN to any woman I cared about! I always feel confident when I talk with my OBGYN's staff. They seem to really care about giving me correct answers. I was fully informed about possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was also fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes and the risks of procedures. I felt a lot more confident as a result. I was so grateful that the restrooms were right there near the exam room in this OBGYN's office! I was so happy to have made the appointment with this OBGYN. It was so well worth the time and effort.

Everyone was very courteous and professional. Dr Mackoul was the best choice I could have done. The pain was hardly there and the recovery time very short. I felt good right away.
