They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Every single one of my questions were answered during the appointment. I was so relieved that they were able to give me so much useful information. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
