Absolutely terrible. The doctor was incredibly rude and did not take my concerns seriously. He made inappropriate assumptions and comments and I was extremely offended. I will never return to this office and will warn others of my experience. After the appointment the doctor walked to the reception desk with me and announced that he considered the reasoning for my appointment to be that I was bored. I was mortified and offended and hope that nobody else has to experience this level of unprofessionalism. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
