Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long.

They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful.
