I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
